About the Role

  • Experience in Construction of Warehousing, Manufacturing Facilities and Data Centres are preferred.
  • Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.
  • Good communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English.

Key Skill Required

  • Guiding the team in collaborating with clients to understand their projects and business challenges, opportunities
  • and help to identify and prioritise their needs and goals.
  • Prepare and maintain all project documents.
  • Participate in periodic project reviews, audits and discussions and assist to prepare accurate and timely project
  • reporting.
  • If required, assist to perform costing and financial impact analysis.
  • Coordinating and ensuring site work assignments with supervisor / manager / head of department, develop project plans, site work task schedules, scheduling and preparing for workshops, documentation gathering and liaising with internal and external stakeholders are documented and completed.
  • Review, comment, make corrections on documentation submission from contractors, other consultants, end-users, clients and other stakeholders, and ensure are documented.
  • Prepare written reports and presentations to stakeholders and management.
  • Prepare monthly reports to the management and client on a timely manner.
  • Support internal and external meetings.
  • Carry out site inspections to assess progress and quality of work by the contractor.
  • Report back to internal PM lead and escalate key issues as required.
  • Carry out programme analysis of the Contractor programme.
