The Embassy of the Republic of Poland invites tender bids for the purchase of the Property situated on Lot No. 4280 & Lot No. 4299, Jalan Ru, Desa Pahlawan, 55000 Ampang, Kuala Lumpur (the “Property”) in Malaysia.

The Property is owned by the State Treasury of the Government of the Republic of Poland (the “Vendor”). The Property is 1,477.054m2 for Lot No. 4280 and 55.895m2 for Lot No. 4299. The Usage of the Property is Residential use, as described in the Title and the Title is freehold.

Tenders must be submitted in accordance with the Terms and Condition of Sale by Tender and in sealed envelopes bearing the correct tender name as stated in the Tender Package. A bank guaranteed cheque for RM196,000.00/- (Ringgit Malaysia: One Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Only) (“the Tender Deposit”) made out to Savills (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd must accompany each tender. In the event that a tender is accepted by the Vendor but reneged upon by the person or institution making the tender offer, the Vendor will retain the Tender Deposit, free of interest. All persons or institutions whose tenders are rejected by the Vendor will be refunded the Tender Deposit, free of interest, paid by them. Bidders whose bid offers are not accepted shall be returned within 3 days of confirming the results of the tender, or of its invalidation or cancellation.

Tenders should be sealed in an envelope and deposited in the Tender Box at Savills (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd office address as stated above. This tender exercise starts on 04th March, 2019. All tenders must be received by 5.00 pm on 10th April, 2019. The opening, examination and evaluation of bids as well as the selection of the successful bidder will be made on 10th April, 2019, 5.30pm at Savills (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd office (address above) in the seat of the sole agent by the Tender Committee appointed by the Director General of the foreign Service of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The opening of bids occurs in the presence of tenderers or their representatives, who have been granted a written power of attorney; Checking and evaluating tenders, as well as the selection of the successful bidder, will be made only when the audience is excluded. The Bidder whose bid offer will be accepted shall lose the rights resulting from placing the winning bid and that the tender bond shall be forfeited if the Bidder does not agree to pay the full purchase price within the date set, or if the Bidder fails to enter into the agreement. The winning bidder shall be responsible for their own costs of entering into the sale contract.

Each prospective bidder shall indicate in their sealed envelope the amount of the proposed bid for the Property. The minimum price acceptable for the Property is RM9,800,000/- (Ringgit Malaysia: Nine Million and Eight Hundred Thousand Only)
